Who is Jotik?
Why EZ?
A life shaped by training. A way of coaching shaped by experience—from Colombia to Australia, and now Perth.
Coach · Athlete · Always a student

It started with learning for myself.
I began training around 16, long before coaching became my work. I was trying to understand my body, build strength and become capable of things that once felt out of reach.
Life is built one step at a time.
By around 21, that personal process had become something bigger: helping other people discover their own strength and showing them they are capable of more than they think.
Not one moment.
Years of becoming.
Training changed the way I saw myself. Coaching changed the way I saw other people—their fears, their starting points and what becomes possible when someone is supported properly.
The first step
I started training, learning through effort, mistakes and the determination to keep returning.
From athlete to coach
My focus expanded from my own progress to helping other people understand theirs.
Built in Colombia
I opened and developed my own gym, turning coaching into leadership and community.
A new chapter
The journey led to Australia and now Perth, where the work continues to evolve.
Australia · A new chapterStrength taught patience. Weightlifting taught precision. Gymnastics taught persistence. Running taught endurance. Boxing and conditioning taught composure under pressure.
I bring those lessons together—not to make everyone train the same way, but to help each person find the way that works for them.
Coaching became community.
Opening and developing my own gym in Colombia changed the meaning of coaching for me. It was no longer only my own battle—it was learning to see the battles, fears and ambitions of other people.
That chapter taught me that good coaching is not simply giving someone a workout. It is helping them understand, adapt, believe and keep showing up.

Practice makes the unfamiliar manageable.
Difficult things do not suddenly become easy. You learn them, repeat them and understand them better.
Structure gives effort a direction.
A clear path turns hard work into something you can build on, step by step.
Consistency changes what feels possible.
Progress comes from returning, adjusting and continuing—even when the process is not perfect.
Coaching helps you find your way.
My role is to teach, guide and adapt so the difficult becomes something you know how to handle.
It is about facing it with discipline, intention and heart—and learning how to make it EZ.
Credibility without
the résumé.
Qualifications matter. Experience matters too. Both support the practical, human coaching I bring to every person and every session.

This is the short version.
The full story goes deeper.
The doubts, the setbacks, the first skills, the confidence, the gym, the community and the lessons that shaped the coach I became.
