This Privacy Policy explains how EZ Culture and Jotik Serje handle personal information when you use isnoteasy.fit, submit an enquiry or follow a link to contact us.
Information we collect
When you use the Start Here form, we may collect your name, email address, general location, the coaching service you are interested in, your main goal, your message and your consent acknowledgement. Please do not include sensitive medical, financial or identification information in the enquiry form.
The website and hosting provider may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and security logs so the site can operate safely and reliably.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand which service may fit your goals, arrange a conversation and provide information about Personal Training Perth, Online Coaching or EZ Classes Perth. We may also use technical information to protect, maintain and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information. Submitting a coaching enquiry does not automatically add you to an email marketing list.
Forms and email delivery
The Start Here form is provided through WPForms Lite. Form submissions are designed to be sent to EZ by email and are not intended to be stored as a permanent lead database inside the WordPress dashboard. Email and server records may be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide a requested service, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.
EZ Store pre-launch contact
The current EZ Store pre-launch buttons open a direct WhatsApp conversation. They do not create an online store account, take payment or automatically subscribe you to an email list.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses essential cookies required for WordPress, security and form functionality. We also use Google Analytics 4, connected through Site Kit by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure actions such as page visits, contact-link clicks and successful enquiries where configured. Google Analytics may process technical information including browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or device identifiers. We do not use Google Analytics to collect the content entered into the Start Here form. Consent Mode settings may limit analytics storage and measurement based on consent and region. No advertising pixel is currently configured.
External services
The website is hosted using WordPress and EasyWP/Namecheap infrastructure and uses email-delivery tools to process enquiries. Google Analytics, Site Kit and Google Search Console are services operated by Google. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy and learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services operated by Meta. When you use an external service, its own privacy policy and account settings apply. Some providers may process information outside Australia.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held in connection with your enquiry, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
